うーん。あまり参考にならないかも。

ｗ3ｃは、ページから読み込むcssをページ毎のユニークなものにして、
そこからのインポートで、共通のcssを読むようになってるみたい。

プリンタのメディア指定とか、コーディングルール的なものはmozilla.orgの方が良さげ。
